You can return the products bought on our website, only if not opened or used, for 7 days.

*We only issue credits for your future purchase with us, we do not issue refunds. We will also charge a 20% restocking fee for your returning items.

a) the products must be not used nor opened.

b) the shipping fee is not refundable.

c) your package returning shipping fee is paid by you.

d) we only issue credits and no refunds

e) 20% of your purchase will be deducted for the restocking fee

First, send us an email (sales@louvain.ca) with your intention of returning the products. We will inform you of the returning procedure.
